All items sold at Oak & Acorn are handmade. As such, each will vary somewhat from the pictures shown on the website. Keep in mind that the advantage of this is: every item is unique and can be changed as needed to reflect personal needs or desires.

If the item happens to be in stock, we will ship within 48 hours from payment verification. Otherwise we will contact you and give you an estimate of completion and shipping date (usually 2 weeks).

Because our items are tailored for the purchaser, ALL custom items or those not in stock require a 50% non-refundable deposit for work to begin on them.

We promise not to give or sell any of you personal information to anyone else. We hate SPAM and junk mail just as much as you do and we will not propegate the problem further.
