| Tremmel Hook -
These hooks are designed specifically for cooking over open fires. One piece slides against the other while the notches allow the user to stop at the desired height above the fire. This tremmel hook was made at the Hancock Shaker Village's "Blacksmithing Days - Age of Iron". This weekend event was sponsored by the Berkshire Blacksmiths Association. Although the annual event was alot of fun, it rained nearly all day long both days. By the time it was over everything had a fine layer rust despite our best "rain abatement attempts". $35.00 |
