Forge Host / Forge Buddy Program

How the Forge Host/Buddy Program Works:
The idea behind the program is simple. CDBA merely provides a list of people who have available forges/shops ("hosts") and those who have the need to use a forge shop ("buddies"). It is then up to the Buddies to call a Host and make arrangements for forge/shop use. Arrangements are one-on-one agreements between the Host and the Buddy regarding usage times, dates, renumeration, and tool availability.
